Trust Horizon’s Electoral Officer, Dale Ofsoske, advises that Yvonne BOYES and David BULLEY have been elected as trustees in the Whakatāne District Council/Kaingaroa Village area of Trust Horizon following an election which concluded at 12 noon on Wednesday, 1 October 2025.

The final voter turnout was 15.64%, with 1 informal vote, and 25 blank votes returned.
